Hand Sanitizer's are one of my hand bags must have, I generally carry wipes, but when I am traveling I prefer liquid ones, wipes dry out easily, you know when you travel you touch to various things, shake hands etc etc.
this spreads germs more, and I do not have the strongest immune system, by this reason I need to be careful.
I like the way it smells like a melon :)) personal hygiene is important for me, so I always travel around with those stuff. It is good if you a have a little kid around, now I am with my niece and she is 1 year old and I use this more when I am with her, as she is and her health is important to me.
