I am currently reading Danse Macabre by Stephen King. The book is a treasure map in locating the origins and influences on the Horror Genre. Stephen King has rarely stepped into the realm of non-fiction essay writing, except for his occasional article for Entertainment Magazine. However rare his nonfiction is, it is well worth the read. The book is a gem, for its information on the horror that you can't but find cool stuff to explore on the internet.
A new release of this book would be a good idea. Stephen King could create a book that is interactive, where links bring you to different available media. I have found a number of cool things on the internet archive (including Mars Is Heaven?) The internet has made it possible to find rare recordings and discarded books.
