If I'm to be honest, I've been dealing with a fair amount of anxiety lately about the state of the world because I refuse to engage in toxic positivity and things look bleak (climate change, another pandemic -bird flu, the upcoming election, etc). To quell it I've been updating/supplementing our home emergency kit and stocking our pantry and home essentials. Hope I'm wrong but it definitely feels better to be prepared.
