Cuban pie
6 eggs
1 cup flour, 
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups sugar, 
1 tbsp honey
125 g butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon cinnamon 
1 tablespoon cocoa
2-3 apples, sliced
Method of preparation:
Take 4 eggs and beat them with 1 cup sugar until white. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add with stirring to the egg mixture. Optionally, you can add drops of vanilla essence . Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan . Arrange sliced ​​apples on top , previously rolled in cinnamon and cocoa . Put the cake to bake in a preheated moderate oven . Place the second cup of sugar to caramelize in a pan on the stove and to when it is caramelized add the melted butter, the honey, the other 2 eggs, the chopped walnuts. Mix well and pour over the cake . Leave for about an hour to tighten and serve.
