Crockwell Farm Wedding
Back in August I returned to the beautiful Crockwell Farm for the wedding of Richard & Sally. I knew this day would be fun after our fantastic pre-wedding session around 2 months prior to the wedding. Although originally saying to me “we aren’t photo people Neil” they sure knew how to immerse themselves in each other making them brilliant to work with. I started nice and early down at the cottage with Richard and his ushers, too early in fact as Richard was still in bed a second building that is part of Crockwelll Farm. Sally was having her preparations at the main house where we moved to next. The sun was shining along with Sally’s looks – she really did look incredible in her dress and what a bride she made.
Crockwell Farm is fully licensed for Civil Ceremonies so there was no need to speed off to another location. The ceremony was an emotional one, bridesmaids, parents, grandparents all cracking the tears which helped me to create some beautiful reportage wedding photography. Once the ceremony was over all of their guests enjoyed drinks outside which gives me another great opportunity to create the really natural wedding photography of people laughing & joking. The advantage of summer weddings down at Crockwell Farm is the beautiful rolling countryside and deep blue skies which helps to achieve beautiful portraits for Richard & Sally.
I had so much fun on this wedding and Richards speech was fantastic. Funny guy indeed.
