Things you will need:

1. White Glue
2. Cotton
3. Blue poster or any color
4. Copper spray paint
5. Card Board
6. Brush
7. Water
8. (Mosaic)

Mix half quantity of glue and half of water
 Spread thick layer of glue on card board
 Apply cotton pads
Spray water
 Slightly make the surface smooth
 Color it....

• Apply spray paint but in small quantity
• make any design with mosaics.
