Cornwall Day Three

By Alternativeeden @markngaz
Day Three on our holiday, doesn't time start to fly by when you are away!

It was another mix of gardens and nurseries today starting out at Lower Kenneggy Nurseries. (see here for our visit last year) and then onto Travena Cross nursery which is fairly close by.

Both have a reputation for having a great selection of exotic, unusual or rare plants, in particularly Lower Kenneggy where much is propagated on site by Steve Mules.

Trevena Cross

After lunch in the Queens Arms Pub, we headed to Trebah Garden which is a long established Cornish Valley Garden. We will feature this garden in a blog in its own right in due course but had to share a few photos today.

On route we stopped off for a walk in the stunning Cornish countryside.

Trebah is a long established garden, with a number of interesting new introductions as well.
