I really like the instant mapping of connections and relevant conversations created by Mentionmapp. Just enter anyone's Twitter handle and watch the application instantly build a map of people and hashtags.
Of course, at the moment, it is in private beta so I have no idea how I got in to create the below map. But signed up afterward to get on their list.
