Compare this fragrance oil by Natures Garden to a popular name brand.  Cool citrus & basil fragrance begins with top notes of Tunisian basil, California orange, Italian bergamot, and Sicilian lemon oil; followed by middle notes of damascena rose, clove bud, and ylang ylang; with base notes of precious woods and musk.

How Do Our Customers Use Cool Citrus and Basil Type Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

Homemade room scent crafters can use this basil and citrus fragrance oil to create their own recipes. Both potpourri and incense can use this fragrance oil at no more than 50% when they are created. Also natural cleaning products can be scented by this delicious scent at a rate of 5% for the overall recipe. Further, aroma beads can be made with this fragrance oil and the scent will remain nice and strong. While this fragrance has been known to be gel wax compatible, it is still the customers responsibility to test.

Moreover, candles, wax tarts, and other creations made of wax could be made with this aroma. If a candle creation made of either vegetable waxes or paraffin wax can include up to 10% of this citrus and herb fragrance oil. If you are wanting to color your candles and are unsure of a color for this scent, then we would like to suggest for you to use either three drops of yellow liquid candle dye and one drop orange candle colorant per four pounds of wax or a small amount of shredded orange and yellow color blocks in the melted wax. Just don’t use crayons in these products as they will clog the wick.

A batch that uses this fragrance oil will have no ricing, no acceleration, and no separation. Not only does this fragrance have a lot of great basic qualities in a batch of soap, but it provides a perfect pour, too! Also, the final bars will retain a nice and strong scent after cure. Due in part to the lack of vanillin content, the bars of soap will not have any discoloration. If you want to color any of your bath and body products, then we would like to suggest using yellow liquid soap dye and orange soap colorant in your desired amount.
