I tend to cook Asian food the most because that's what hubster and I both grew up eating and what we find the most comforting. And a lot of what I make is served around rice. To save time I like easy dishes like this that combine vegetables and protein. It's quite light and delicious as the marinade is incredibly bright and flavorful.
