Coming Soon – #CarolingTO 2012

Coming Soon – #CarolingTO 2012In less than a month we’ll be embarking on the 2nd annual #CarolingTO event in Toronto. It’s a low key, good friends, awesome time that last year took us from Yonge/Dundas Square, through the Eaton Centre, to a quick stop at the crèche on Queen at Bay and then to the rink at Nathan Phillips Square.

We were a modest group of 7 but we sang with the excitement of the season in our voices and had a great time. I predict just as much fun this year on Thursday, December 20.

Highlights included:

  • Song requests from strangers in the Eaton Centre
  • Photo opportunities from passers by
  • A nice lady stopping to join us in song between laps of the ice
  • A 12 Days Of Christmas sing-along with members of The Running Room

This year we’re hoping for more people and more joy and more awesomeness as we will once again start in the square at 1 Dundas East and make our way west through the mall, to the rink and then to Lou Dawgs for the last Thursday karaoke night before Christmas.

It’ll be a great night kids, and we’d love to see you out with us. Tell your family, tell your friends, bring your neighbours – it’s the holidays!

Be awesome!
