This week, San Diego State's KCR was kind enough to introduce us to their pick, brand new electro-pop sensation, Lowell. This on-the-rise singer, songwriter and producer creates retro synthetic sounds with an almost marching band rhythm to carry her seductive yet empowering voice. Her track, "88" is off of her new debut EP which came out this past February.
