It’s bento time!
Today my bento is a delicious pasta salad!
My salad today has a mix of high quality coleslaw, sweetcorn and bacon with penne pasta.
The coleslaw adds a creaminess to the dish as well as a crunchy bite from the cabbage.
The bacon adds a gorgeous salty and rich kick to contrast the creaminess and the sweetcorn adds a burst of sweetness here and there!
A harmonious combination!
