Cold Air, Colds Abound

It never fails. Each winter my kids get sick. Runny noses, scratchy throats, achy bodies make for cranky kids. What can a parent do?
In reality, my kids have really lucked out as far as illnesses are concerned. Neither have ever dealt with an ear infection. The worst thing my son has ever experienced was two bouts of croup when he was 1 and 2.
