There's nothing like waking up in the morning to a nice, hot, cup of coffee.
I love coffee, I love the smell, texture, taste and the kick coffee gives you. 
Actually, I can't imagine starting my day without my cup of coffee.The good news is, it has so many health benefits.    
The aroma makes you feel alive and it awakens your senses first thing in the morning.
Caffeine is a stimulant that affects your central nervous system, making you feel awake, mentally alert and energetic.


Did you know coffee can keep your skin healthy in many different ways?
Yes, the caffeine in coffee has a number of benefits for your skin.
Coffee gets rid of free radicals in the skin, helps in treating redness, inflammation of the skin and reduces the appearance of under-eye circles. The best part is, it also helps you to get rid of cellulite.
