Coffee Chocolate Ball Cookies

These are not truffles, but tiny butter cookies covered in dark chocolate and sprinkled with coffee powder.
They are just great for coffee time! Very easy to make and we found them to be pure pleasure:)

200g light margarine or butter
1-2tb.s. olive oil
pinch of salt
100ml vanilla powdered sugar
2 cups flour
rum essence
Coffee Chocolate Ball Cookies / Кофейно-Шоколадное ПеченьеMix in blender butter and sugar, add the rest of ingredients. You may need 1 or 2 tb.s. olive oil to get the right consistency of the dough.
Using melon ball scoop make about 40 small balls. Place them on baking paper and put into freezer for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 190C. Let the cookies "come to life" during several minutes after they've been in freezer. Bake them for about 11-12 minutes.
Chill cookies again.
Melt 160g dark chocolate adding 2 tb.s. vegetable oil and prepare some powdered coffee. Using a spoon cover cookies in chocolate, sprinkle with coffee granules and let them dry completely.
