Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare does not support PlayStation 4′s latest feature: Share Play.
The game censors all gameplay footage, which means no part of the game can be steamed to guests using the Share Play feature. Gamespot has conducted some internal tests and confirmed that Advanced Warfare marks all gameplay footage “censored”.
Using Share Play, users can stream gameplay to other uses (guests). Guests can take control over from the host or join a session of local multiplayer, if the game supports it. Guests also don’t need to own a copy of the game.
Sony had confirmed before that all games released on the system would support the feature, unless they’re using other peripherals like Move. However, publishers have the option to “censor” certain parts of the game, to prevent spoiling story sequences for instance.
