Nikki Beach Miami’s $10k Dom PérignonRosé Strawberry Mojito is available for one night only on December 31st, New Years Eve 2017 as part of Nikki Beach’s celebration (which features a private beachside fireworks show). Nikki Beach’s signature mojito is one of the staples of the luxury beach club’s renowned cocktail menu, and on December 31st, Nikki Beach Miami is super-sizing their beloved mojito for guests who want to ring in New Years Eve in larger-than-life style. 

The $10K Mojito is served in a three foot tall cylinder glass – now that’s a hangover waiting to happen if I’ve ever seen one…for your head and your wallet.

1 Jeroboam of Dom Pérignon Rosé

14 oz White rum 

14 oz Lemon rum 

1 pint limes

1 pint Fresh strawberries 

1 pint Fresh mint leaves

1 4ft stalk of fresh sugar cane 

Over ice and a floater of lemon lime soda
