Continuing in their mission to reunite all acts that have ever existed, via hologram or real life, it seems pretty certain now that Outkast will headline Coachella 2014. We can be snarky all we want (and don’t worry, we will be), but it’s admittedly awesome news, as Andre 3000 and Big Boi are phenomenal artists who were never better than when they were working together. This also gives us an excuses to listen to “Bombs Over Baghdad”, and who can resist that. Among the list of bands that Coachella has reunited are: Iggy and the Stooges, Rage Against the Machine, At the Drive In, Pulp, Refused, The Beach Boys circa 1970, Buckaroo Banzai and the Hong Kong Cavaliers, Jem and the Holograms and of course that time they rose Tupac from the dead via advanced technology and freaked everyone out. Keep up the good work Coachella, reuniting nostalgia acts with little inspiration left for shit loads of money is truly the Lords work.
