Coach Heels {Terrible Quality}

By Thelawsoffashion

Worst heels ever Dorita by Coach my review mn stylist terrible quality

After having a baby 8 long months ago, I think my foot swelling situation has finally returned to normal.  So, I was really excited to put on my Coach heels that I bought when I was pregnant but never wore.

Exhibit A. Coach Dorita

Needless to say, although it doesn’t reflect well in the pictures, the heel has come apart from the shoe.  This is the third time I have worn these heels and I have a big meeting at work and I can barely walk normally because my heel wobbles in my $140 heels.  Seriously?! I thought that because I was buying a more expensive shoe, that quality would be a given, how illogical.

Dear Coach, I believe your marketing materials and everything you sell references your reputation for high quality.  I disagree. Completely.

I will never buy anything Coach again.  I don’t have the time or money to waste getting shoes fixed that should, under no circumstances, already be broken.  It is amazing, because I have never had a pair of heels separate from the body of the shoe.  Ever!  I don’t even think shoes from Payless do that.

Either way, back to my trusty old Cole Haan shoes with the Nike Air Technology.  I never meant to cheat on you.  You’re completely right, it wasn’t worth it. Not even for the peep toes and fancy cheap hardware accents.  Sigh.

On another note, if you think I am just overly mad at one thing about Coach, you are wrong.  Aside from the heels, the last time I went to the Coach store to purchase a bag and matching wallet, I ordered and paid for it online and showed up to the store and because I had forgotten the same credit card I had paid with…probably because my daughter was screaming and crying and I was exhuasted…they had to charge a different credit card and I had to go home and call them back and provide them my original credit card number for a return. All the while hoping that the store manager actually cared to do it properly.  Ridiculous.  I think that if you have already paid for something, you should merely have to show your identification.

Coach used to have such great customer service, but their processes are no longer up to date.  If they are not going to give you something you have previously paid for, then why don’t they just promise to hold the items for you so you can pay for them when you get to the store.  Don’t take my money and then tell me I can’t have the products that I have already purchased because I forgot my credit card.  What a hassle.

Adios Coach.
