Even school children know that Congress is the legislative branch of the U.S. government, charged with law making by the Constitution.
After both houses of Congress have approved a bill, if the president concurs (he can veto the bill), with his signature the bill formally becomes a law.
But CNN news anchor Carol Costello thinks Moochie can sign acts into law.
Yesterday, May 27, 2014, while discussing the First Lady of Snot‘s 2010 effort to set new nutrition standards for school lunches, Costello said that Mooch “signed the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act into law.”
Costello is 52 years old and claims to have a B.A. in journalism from Kent State University.
