Oh my darling! This Nature’s Garden Clementine fragrance oil is absolutely delicious! Not only does this scent resemble a delectable, citrus that one, such as myself, cannot get enough of, but a clementine is the tastier of the citrus family. While a clementine is similar to an orange, it’s sweeter, smaller, easier to peel and all around much more adorable. If you incorporate this enticing fruit fragrance into your recipes, then you are sure to not be disappointed.
What Does Clementine Fragrance Oil Smell Like?
This fragrance oil by Natures Garden is a wonderful citrus arrangement including top notes of clementine, tangerine, orange, grapefruit, and lime; with middle notes of ginger, and lime blossoms, and a fresh base note of vanilla bean. This fragrance really comes alive in wax and body products.

How Do Our Customers Use Clementine Fragrance Oil?
Foremost, the homemade candle makers and room scenters can use this citrus scent in their candles and wax tarts. Potpourri and Incense can include up to 50% of this fragrance oil in products. If used at no more than 10% in candles that use either paraffin wax or vegetable wax, they will perform perfectly. Further, the scent performs wonderfully in joy wax, wow wax, and is nice and strong in soy wax. If you wish to color a candle, then we recommend using four drops of orange liquid candle dye per four pounds of wax or to shred an ample amount of an orange color block into your melted wax. Remember not to ever use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick. Unfortunately, this scent is not gel wax compatible. However, this scent performs perfectly well in aroma beads.
Second, homemade bath and body crafters can use this fragrance at a maximum of 5%. This includes bath oils, melt and pour soaps, bath gels, and cold process soaps. Homemade cp soap makers may like to know that our cold process soap testing results concluded in no acceleration, no ricing, and no separation. The fragrance has very strong scent retention in the soaps. Further, we found this scent to smell very true to a sweet, fresh clementine, some may say it’s absolutely to die for! A bar will slightly discolor to a slight beige color. Although there isn’t much discoloration, the .7% vanillin content indicates that vanilla white stabilizer may be able to whiten the slightly off white bar. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products so testing is recommended. Finally, we recommend using orange soap colorant in the amount that satisfies you for coloring the bars. Remember to ever use candle dye in any body products as it is not body safe.
Last, but not least, there are the various other crafts that can be created. This includes perfumes cleaning products, and lotions, which all allows for up to 5% of this fragrance bin a product. Further, perfumes have been tested to work perfectly well with this scent.
