Citrus Bow Tie Pasta

I recently found this recipe while looking for some new family dinner ideas. I love the citrus flavor in this dish and the blend of the feta and avocado makes it even more delicious! My family all went back for seconds when I made this!
Citrus Bow Tie PastaIngredients 16 oz bow tie pasta2 ripe avocados, cubed3 green onions, both green and white parts, chopped1 cup crumbled feta cheese2 ripe Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped1/2 cup packed chopped cilantro or flat-leaf parsley1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice1/3 cup garlic-infused olive oil1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse the pasta. Place hot pasta in a large mixing bowl. Add avocado, green onions, feta, tomatoes and cilantro. Whisk together lemon juice and olive oil and drizzle over the warm pasta. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm or cold.
