Being from Canada and not seeing one of Canada’s greatest shows should be an embarrassment for me. A show that dazzles, surprises and puts you at the edge of your seat. I’m talking about Cirque Du Soleil of course.
Cirque Du Soleil Tent
Cirque Du Soleil’s Varekai show is currently doing a tour around Asia as well as some other places. One of the cities on their current tour is my city, Seoul. When we found out that there was a stop in Seoul, we knew we had to go regardless of the cost. I’ve heard it is one of those “must see” shows.

It was definitely worth every cent (or in this case won) and it was definitely a must see show. We laughed at the comedy routines and songs. We were in awe of the costumes and set. We throughly enjoyed the live band. We sat on the edge of our seats with our hearts in our throats as we watched the almost non human acrobatic manuevers. Every flip and jump perfectly executed while the crowd gasped for air and clapped in unison. It was definitely worth the money we spent to see the show.
I’m glad that I can proudly say as a Canadian that I have seen Cirque Du Soleil. It is something every Canadian and, in fact, everyone from around the world should see.
