User reviews for the app suggests that it works without lag and at good frame rate. Although you will need a smartphone with good specs to run this app smoothly. In order to get started, you will have to grab the web app from Chrome Web Store and then install the Chrome Remote Desktop Android app from the Google Play store. Of course you will also have to keep your computer running at all times for this service to work.
