With super cute, quirky, punny packaging and product names, theBalm is a brand that exceeds with their actual product performance too; I'm an avid supporter of the brand. If you headed to my search bar, and typed their name in, you'd find an abundance of posts that are solely dedicated to them, or have some form of feature. They have never failed to impress me. So I am so proud and excited to share with you today, three of their holiday releases for the festive season! HO! HO! HO!
Up first is something that's coming back from last year, as it obviously did so well and was a huge hit. The Manizer Sisters Palette (£18) features the brand's three highlighting powders, including the widely loved Mary LouManizer, which is one of the most coveted highlighters in the beauty world due to how pigmented and glowy it is. It is such a show stopping wham-bam thank you mam shimmer that I'll always go back to it time and time again. There is also a pink shade, which is a perfect blush and highlight in one as well as a darker brown shade, which doubles up fantastically as an eye shadow. The perfect shimmer sisters!
Next up, we have a little kit that I really think is going to be a huge hit due to the makeup trend that has occurred this year. We all know how liquid lipsticks have taken the beauty world by storm this year, everyone has completely succumbed to the trend and must own about a trillion of them each. I have tried and tested some of theBalm's offerings previously, so the little Meet Matt(e) Hughes Kit  (£21.50) is just the cutest little gift. These little delights are the PERFECT size to chuck in your purse if your dashing out and comes with the most wearable range of colours, the perfect selection of nudes.
Finally, we have my favorite because 'saving the best till last' and all that. That is the new Balm Appetit Palette (£31), which is just SO cool. I have to note the packaging first, as always the names are witty but especially so in this little compact! They are a play on words with food, which totally made me giggle whilst reading through them (I think my favorite is definitely 'Chris P. Bacon). But despite that, the pigmentation of these eye shadows are absolutely incredible, you may have seen me swatch them on snapchat (meganjanelillie) a few weeks ago now. They are easy to blend and can create a whole host of looks, I'm in love!
