This is, I think, a lovely small present for Valentine's Day, which is also so very easy to make!
Dark chocolate bonbons with strawberry and cream filling.
120g dark chocolate
80g white chocolate
1tb.s. cream cheese
1,5 tb.s. pink strawberry Nesquik powder
red food colouring
That's all ingredients. Melt dark chocolate with 1 tb.s. olive oil. Using a teaspoon pour chocolate into each (of 15) silicone candy mold. Using a small brush or just a small wooden stick (like thin pencil) cover the walls of each candy form. Place into freezer for 5 minutes. You may repeat this if you notice any uncovered places (example of not very careful checking can be seen on picture).
In a microwave melt white chocolate (stirring every several seconds), add strawberry powder to cream cheese and food colouring and then mix with white chocolate.
Now add strawberry mixture into each mold, but don't fill them all until the top, leave some space for dark chocolate. Return into freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Now using a teaspoon again pour dark chocolate over each one and make sure each candy is covered completely. Freeze for 10 minutes. They are ready to be taken out and eaten:)
