Not only is this meal GORGEOUS (can we say #EatTheRainbow), it's full of ingredients that your skin + body will thank you for! The hotter it gets, the more I crave smoothie bowls and salads. I tested out this smoothie bowl recipe earlier this week and it was a win so I just had to share it with y'all (:
What You'll Need:
Base (green part):- Handful of ice
- Handful of spinach
- 1 ounce of avocado
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 5 grams of cacao powder
- 1/2 serving of chocolate protein powder (I used this one)
- Dah of stevia (I used this one)
- Strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Banana
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Cacao nibs
- Melted peanut butter
What You'll Do:
Blend everything together for the base in a high power blender. I added a little more ice after everything was blended so that it was thick enough to eat with a spoon. Add your toppings of choice - bonus points if you make it aesthetic for the gram ;)I know some people might be scared of by the spinach but I promise you can't taste it mixed in. Be brave, friends!
