It’s summer time and everyone start craving for something cooling and soothing like ice-cream and popsicle. What if this popsicle is loaded with healthy goodness of Multigrain? Yes, you heard it right, this delicious and flavorful popsicle is made with My Little Moppet Food’s chocolate Multigrain health drink mix. This three ingredient popsicle needs, milk, chocolate Multigrain health drink and a sweetener like honey, that is optional too. Vegans may use any plant based milk like coconut milk or almond milk to make this popsicle.

Chocolate multigrain popsicle is chocolaty in flavor, fudgy in texture and filled with the goodness of multigrain. It's a perfect healthy summer treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons My Little Moppet Food’s Chocolate Multigrain Health Drink
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Method:

1. In a sauce pan take milk.

2. Add My Little Moppet Food’s Chocolate Multigrain Health Drink mix to it.

3. Stir well until you get a lump free mix.

4. Transfer the sauce pan to stove top and cook the solution on low flame while stirring continuously. Allow the mix to boil once and then put off the flame.

5. Allow the chocolate milk to cool down before adding honey to it.

6. Stir well and pour the milk to the popsicle mold.

7. Freeze the popsicles for 1 hour. Remove the mould, now the chocolate milk is firm enough to hold the ice-cream sticks.

8. Insert one stick in each mold and transfer the mold to a freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours.

9. To unmould the popsicle, just run the mold under running water or simply give it a 5 min standing time.
