 1 ½ tea cup butter

1 tea cup caster sugar

5 Tsp Cognac

5 Tsp cocoa powder

½ package ptiber biscuits

Chocolate Mosaic


 Melt the butter in a pan in medium heat. Set aside and add the sugar, the cocoa, the cognac and mix well. Add the biscuits and mix again well. Let the mixture aside in room temperature to get cool. Apply in a foil and wrap as a brick. Leave it overnight in the freeze. Cut in slices and serve cold or with ice cream.
