
Ok – I’m been eating lots of Egg whites, so what shall I do with the yolks, so decided to try to make a chocolate dessert for the kids, specially with all these easter eggs around the house.

400ml Skimmed Milk
75g Sugar
8 Egg Yolks
80g Chocolate ( Mix of Milk & Dark)
Heat milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves

Mix up the egg yolks with a fork

Add Chocolate to milk and allow to melt

Add the yolks to the milk slowly

Heat and simmer the custard mixture

Pour into cups and place in the fridge over night.

Top with some strawberry fromage frais and a crumbled flake!
