How Do Our Customers Use Chocolate con Churros Fragrance Oil?

For those of you that create homemade candles, our customers use this fragrance in their 464 soy wax, Pillar of Bliss Wax, and Joy wax candles.  In any of these waxes our customers are reporting that the scent is extremely strong. It has great hot and cold scent throw.  Our Chocolate con Churros fragrance oil has a maximum recommended usage rate of 10%.  When adding color to your handmade candles or wax tarts, we recommend using 5 drops of brown Spectrum Liquid Candle Dye for every 4 pounds of wax.  If you would rather use color blocks, shred a small amount of a brown color block into your melted candle wax. We never recommend using crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.

On the bath and body end of things, this pastry fragrance oil is a fabulous aroma!  We recommend no more than 5% of the chocolate con churros fragrance oil in your finished body products.  This chocolate scent does have a vanillin content of 3%.  This means that it might discolor your bath and body products.  We recommend using our Vanilla White Color Stabilizer to help with discoloration.  You should note though that Vanilla White Color Stabilizer will only help with discoloration due to the vanillin content.  However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance oil manufacturing that can contribute to discoloration.  For those of you that are cp soapers, our cold process soap testing results show that this fragrance performs pretty well.  We found there to be no acceleration, no ricing, no separation, discolors to light brown.  The scent holds up very nicely in finished soap.  A variety of homemade crafts can be created using Chocolate con Churros scent.  Melt and pour soaps, bath whips, body butters, homemade lotions, sugar scrubs, and body frostings are just a few ideas.  Our coloring suggestion for these body products, brown oxide FUN Soap Colorant in the amount that satisfies you.
