Enjoy my irresistible cake with pears, walnuts and chocolate.
Today I offer you a recipe for a dessert that will undoubtedly make everyone in your family ask for more. An Ideal dessert when you expect guests or you want to prepare something not so complicated but still tasty at the same time.
What you need:
• 2-3 pears
• 50 g raw walnuts
• 5 cocoa biscuits
• 4 eggs
• 200 g yogurt
• 150 ml vegetable oil
• 450 g flour
• 200 g sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
for the Topping:
100 ml cream
100 ml melted chocolate
powdered sugar if desired
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and the sugar in a deep bowl. Once the mixture thickens gradually start pouring the oil and subsequently add the yogurt. Crush until a uniform mixture.
In another vessel, sift the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture, stirring constantly. Add the crushed crackers and nuts. Add the pears, cut into small pieces. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 180 ° degrees oven for about 20 minutes and then reduce the degrees to 160 ° to bake for 40-50 minutes more.
For the cream: To the previously warmed cream gradually add the melted chocolate, stirring constantly.
Pour over the cake and leave to cool . Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
