A great street food / comforting meal for all - it's Chinese Noodle Salad / Chinese Bhel! Combination of noodles, vegetables and topped with simple sauces makes it a great dish to try!

I am sharing the recipe that is very common at my house, it's my favorite Chinese Noodle salad or Chinese Bhel!
I make this when I either super busy or extremely fed up of chores and hate to step in the kitchen, but can't run away from work so need to fix food in an exciting way for all!
The thing that attracts me to cooking Indo-Chinese food is that we can play with variety of ingredients and finally end up making something lip-smacking.
The recipe can be altered to add chicken, seafood or just egg and it will taste amazing too.
I have used vegetables in this recipe but you can make a lot of variations- even adding Paneer would make this dish so interesting!
To make some of my favorite Indo-Chinese dishes quickly I follow few steps which make life easier and one among them is storing homemade fried Hakka Noodles.
I usually get a large pack of Hakka noodles, cook them as per packet instruction, drain the noodles and when almost dry add APF and Cornstarch and fry them till crisp. Finally store these in airtight containers.
This saves a lot of time when you have sudden cravings Chinese Food. You can add these noodles to soups, make some salad, add this to some chicken and veg dry recipes too.Plus kids love to munch on them!

This recipe as it is needs some basic ingredients and makes a wonderful meal in itself.
Next time I will share another variation of using the fried noodles plus adding some protein to it.
You can try adding schezwan chutney to this recipe and see how it works. This dish is sweet/tangy version but schezwan will give a nice spice punch in each bite.
Adding peanuts is optional, you can alternatively add honey walnuts or almonds too.
Try this awesome and quick fix recipe that's so perfect for quick dinner or lunch fixes and kids wont say NO!😊
