Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding
I had seen chia seed pudding all over Instagram for past few years but never really had the temptation to make or try it. I used chia seeds in oatmeal and that sufficed for it's benefits. But isolation has been trying everything in my party so why not this as well ... and OMG! I am obsessed now. This has been on a weekly rotation. I prefer to have it as dessert versus breakfast though. The fact that it is THIS easy to make is simply a bonus. Have you tried it?

1 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup milk
1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
1/2 Tablespoon cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Toppings of choice: fresh berries or other fruit, granola, etc

- In a mason jar, stir together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup and vanilla.
- Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- You can also prep the pudding the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve top the pudding with toppings and enjoy.
