chi town, how i love thee! i'm so glad i was able to hop on a plane and visit my best and longtime friend julie for a 4 day weekend in chicago. even if i had a bad plane experience going and coming from there. we spent time shopping and taking in the architecture. ate at some yummy places, went out for a few drinks, and went to the art institute of chicago where the roy lichtenstein's work was on display. some very good stuff even if it did make me a little dizzy. i blame the minor hangover lol! the best part of a big city is the public transporation and taxi cab drivers willing to take you through drive thru mcdonald's at 3am....as long as you pick him up a big mac ;)
