Check out Wild Cub’s New Video, ‘colour’ [video]

Nashville-based five piece, Wild Cub, have been hard at work lately, and their success this past year is a testament to that. Since the release of their first LP, Youth, shows have been selling out in both the US and the UK and they performed at SXSW, Bonnaroo and CMJ. Led by vocalist Keegan Dewitt and guitar/synth player Jeremy Bullock, the group packs a heavy, charging punch with their urgent guitars that underlie stadium-sized choruses. Their new track, “Colour”, keeps along these lines, running fast with its instrumentation and lyrics that call out melodically and repetitiously, “Don’t stop.” Along with the song comes a music video that fits it very well, telling about a day in the life of a modern midwest adolescent caught up in her own troubled world.

The band is currently touring alongside Vampire Weekend and will be touching down in the UK for seven headline dates in May. Make sure you catch them while you still can — their shows are known to be amazing.
