The Maker is on the move again!
That’s right, Charlaine Harris is going West… West Virginia.
Our favorite author, who brought our telepathic barmaid and viking vampire to our hearts, will be at the West Virginia Book Festival on October 13th which will take place at the Charleston Civic Center. Charlaine will have a fan Q&A session in between 2 book signings. The first book signing will start at 12:30-2:30 PM, with the second one starting after the fan Q&A.
If you are able to attend, ENJOY! And keep us posted if she sneaks out any “Dead Ever After” info

In other Charlaine news, it was announced at Bouchercon for that the Sookie Stackhouse Companion won an award!
The Sookie Stackhouse Companion won the Macavity award for Best Mystery Non-fiction, as voted by the members of Mystery Readers International. Kudos to Charlaine! This actually gives me a warm feeling, since the companion inspired me to try to attempt all the recipes found within.
Bouchercon is where mystery lovers will gather from October 4-7th to celebrate their favorites in mystery and crime writing in Cleveland, Ohio.
