Limited Edition make-up collections are always very hit and miss as you tend to either love the collection or hate the collection or maybe just love one/two items but could easily forget the rest. There haven't been many collections of late that have grabbed my attention fully enough to want each and every item, until now that is. Chanel's Mediterranee Collection 2015 is absolutely gorgeous and I am in total love with it. Maybe its because I live in the Med so it all feels familiar?!This collection has been out for a few weeks now so I am a little late in mentioning in but I purchased a few items that I wanted to shout about as they are so incredibly stunning but there are a few more items that I have my eyes on. There is a selection of nail colours, lipsticks, lip glosses, eyeshadows and bronzers. The collection is described as 'The Vivid skies and blue seas of the Mediterranean inspire a vibrant makeup collection. Bronzed skin and mesmerising eyes create a radiant summer look while bold nail and colourful lips complete the effect'. Now to me this is just a perfect summer makeup look!

The nail polish is what I would call a teal, kind of half blue, half green and very opaque. It's very thick in consistency and covers your nail in just one coat but for long wear applying two coats shall make sure it lasts better. It looks beautiful on the fingers and toes and makes a nice summer change from corals and reds. Annoyingly, Chanel polishes are always prone to chip especially on short nails like mine which is a reason I only buy them when the colour wows me - just like this one did so I was sold.

I also picked up Rouge Coco Shine Lipstick in the shade #497 Intrepide which is a glittery, pinky coral shade and a perfect everyday lip color. This is my first Coco Shine lipstick purchase as I love a matte version but this formulation really hydrates the lips and makes them look a lot plumper and fuller and acts as a lipstick and lipgloss all in one fuss free, beautiful packaged Chanel case. Just so effortlessly chic!
