What Is the Client Experience Award?
The Phorest Client Experience Awards are all about celebrating hair and beauty businesses that truly understand the importance of client satisfaction. They are awarded to salons that consistently receive outstanding reviews and high client ratings on the Phorest system; an average of 4-5 stars from at least 60 reviews over the past 12 months. It’s more than just great haircuts or beauty treatments – it’s about delivering memorable experiences that keep clients coming back, time and time again.
These businesses exemplify the best of what the salon, clinic, and spa industry has to offer, demonstrating the perfect blend of skill, service, and client care.

A Special Delivery – Hand-Delivering Awards to Winners
This year, we had the pleasure of doing something we’ve never done before – hand-delivering the Client Experience Award to salons, clinics, and spas across the globe! From Ireland to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Finland, Germany, and beyond, the Phorest team hit the road to personally celebrate with these award-winning salons. It’s not every day you get to meet face-to-face with these incredible teams, and we were honoured to share in these special moments.
To us, it was more than handing over an award – it was about connecting with our community, hearing their stories, and even offering a bit of ad-hoc support where needed!
And we got there anyway we could- check out our Head of Product, Mikey below- braving the roads of Galway, Ireland, on his bike to hand out awards in his area!
Another stand-out moment was at Hazel & Haydn Hairdressing in Birmingham, England, where we were greeted by their adorable dog at the reception desk.
