Casual Sunday

A lot of you ask for movie reviews and recipes, as I have interest in both those area (movies and cooking) but more often than not, I choose not to write them. Not because I do not want to share them but because I find it a tedious job to sit and dissect things. I can tell you if I liked a movie and why in a sentence but reviews take a lot more time and meticulous writing which kinda reminds of writing papers in college (which I equally despised).  As far as recipes go, I never follow any. Truly. I cook from my heart and sometimes the experiment flops (rarely! :P) but mostly it doesn't. So that's my explanation for lacking in both those areas.  However, I saw two excellent and one above average movies this weekend.  World War Z - MUST WATCH! [Capital letters are intentional]. It is the best movie I have seen this year. The movies grabs your attention from the word go and keeps you at the edge of your seat till the end. If you like the tv show Walking Dead then multiply is by 100 and you've got World War Z. If I had to change one thing about the movie, that would be give Brad Pitt a hear cut, but other than that, it was AWE-and then-SOME!  Now You See Me - Decent, but could have been much better. Nonetheless, good time pass. I for one enjoyed it.  Raanjhanaa - First things first: Sonam Kapoor FINALLY acts. *applause* ... But the movie belongs to Dhanush. At times, I thought he looked like Guddu, our helper back home, but then that was the look Dhanush was going for ... and he nailed it. The story is excellent, acting is top-notch and the dialogues are natural. Another, MUST WATCH. Although I didn't like the music much.  As for the outfit, it is something I put on randomly to go do grocery and run errands! Casual Sunday
