Continuing our time with our friend Casper, we have a very exciting exhibit today! Whereas the last two exhibits were not in the best condition, today’s exhibit is still sealed!
People have always been fascinated by 3D images. I had a View-Master growing up, and loved looking at the different reels I had. View-Master used to have competitors, including Sawyer’s, Inc. with their “Tru-Vue Magic Eyes Deluxe Stereo Viewer”. Sawyer’s picture cards were rectangular instead of the disc View-Master used, but both viewers used a lever to advance to the next picture. Cards were purchased individually, or in themed sets. Today’s exhibit is a set of 3 Sawyer’s rectangular picture cards with Casper as the theme, enjoy!
