Ingredients:

  • Aval [Poha, Flattened rice] –3 tbsp.
  • Carrot- ¼ cup [finely grated]
  • Coconut Milk- 1 ½ cup
  • Dates powder – ¼ cup
  • Dry fruits powder – 1 tbsp.
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp.
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Method:

1. Heat a pan, add ghee to it.

2. Add poha and saute for 2 minutes.

3. Add grated carrot and saute for 2 minutes.

4. Add coconut milk little by little.

5. Mix well till the mixture thicken.
