Carrot Cake Brazilian Style

Carrot Cake Brazilian StyleCarrot Cake Brazilian Style(Recipe adapted & modify from Nasi Lemak Lover)Ingredients: 
350g carrots, peeled & thinly sliced
1 orange zest
3 eggs 
240ml corn oil 
150g sugar 
1/4 tsp salt 
250g plain flour 
1 tsp baking powder  
Method: 
1. Place the sliced carrots, eggs & oil into the bender, then process until the carrots are finely chopped. Add in sugar, zest & salt, mix till combine.
2. Add flour & baking powder, mix until well blended. 
3. Pour batter into baking pan. Baked @ 160C for 20mins.
