Capes are obviously a perfect compliment to tailored bottoms like skinny jeans and straight-leg pants paired with booties or tall boots, however this year I am going to be trying mine with skirts and dresses. This cape a bit too short to do a dress or skirt of the same length, yet when done right it has a fabulous, dramatic impact.
