The vacation may be over, but the style isn't! I stayed at the Beach Palace in Cancun, Mexico for seven beautiful and relaxing days. Usually when we visit Cancun, we stay pretty far away from the famous hotel zone. This year we stayed right on the strip. It was a very different experience, but in a positive way.
For my sister and I it was perfect. All of the fun clubs were just about 10 minutes away. It felt a little like staying in a place like Miami. The hotel zone has a very tropical city vibe.
The Beach Palace was amazing! It had a modern art deco design with one of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen. My room was spacious with amenities such as a full bar, jacuzzi, and terrace overlooking the gorgeous lagoon.
There were two pool areas. One was right by the beach while the other was on the roof deck. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight of the trip. It was great place to soak in the sun and relax on chic lounge furniture. Both pools offer food which included fish tacos I wish I had the recipe for!
The staff was so helpful and seemed to be all about the guests having fun. I do not know how many times I heard one of them shout, "Tequila!". When in Mexico...
All in all it was a great trip and I would love to go back to that area and stay at the Beach Palace again. Check out a few of my favorite looks from the trip below!
