Off their forthcoming album, Ragtime Hightimes, renowned Hip Hop duo Camp Lo (composed of Geechi Suede and Sonny Cheeba) return with a new single and trippy, neon–clad video, “Bright Lights”. The upcoming album will be entirely produced by longtime partner-in-heist, Ski Beatz.

As usual, the Lo masterfully lay down their effortless vernacular over Ski’s futuristic choppy, glitzy synths and bass, painting vivid, lavish imagery including a future vision of a “Lamborghini launching pad.” Ski’s warm chords are complimented by the futuristic staccato synth sounds and by the Lo’s polite, inviting and airy hook, “Hey girl let’s catch this flight / Hope you’re not afraid of heights.” It’s a feel good, sonically-pleasing and festive track that features the classic, sultry lingo, alliteration and assonance that flows effortlessly from the Boogie Down Bronx rhyme partners’ lips as well as some modern, but true to form production from Ski.
