I'm pleased as punch to announce that I'll be hosting a paper flower workshop for kids (and adults too!) while I'm in Southern California for the next two weeks at Land of Nod at their South Coast Coast store on Wednesday, July 18th from 11am-1pm. We'll be making these Mexican tissue paper flowers. And guess what? It's FREE! A fun summer time activity. Sadly, while we were making flowers, my nearby glue gun somehow crept in and bit her. The strong thing just bit her lip to bear the pain. And of course, I got my favorite shot of her while she's taking a break to ice her finger.
