Getting there:

Take the 7-8 hour bus ride bound for Daet (Philtranco Bus or Superlines) that is leaving at night. Then get off the Junction of Talobatib and ride a tricycle  or a non airconditioned bus for Php 25 bound to Paracale. Tell the driver that you will get off near the public market. You can contact Mang Boy for round trip boat rentals at 0908-546-0683. This must be done a few days before your trip. From the port of Paracale take the boat  ride to the island for 2 hours.

Food:

You can buy your ingredients in Paracale Market before going to the port. You can save food cost if you buy in bulk. The boat men can also lend you some cooking utensils. In the island you can ask the stall owners to cook the food for you (Ate Bita is highly recommended).  You can also try preparing your camps meal if you have the talent and the patience to make the fire. The stalls in the island also sell other food stuffs like canned goods, cup noodles and others if in case you forget to bring something.
