By the way, there's an interesting interview with Kitchen designer Lyn Peterson about the, Frankfurt Kitchen which was designed by, Margarete Schutte-Lihotzky in the late 1920s. The kitchen is the original design recipe to how we layout and design a kitchen even now, in modern times. The MoMA had the actual kitchen on display but I believe the exhibit went down in March.
